Samantha seeks to educate, elevate, and empower people by sharing the ancient wisdom of Yoga, plant medicine, and self inquiry for optimal mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. She does all that while sharing great music to use as the soundtrack to your Yoga practice, a solo dance party, your next smoke sesh, road trip, staff happy hour—any life activity!
